Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or is damaged in transit by us, please photograph the damage and report this to us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

 

Change of mind

If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new bed, you may return it within 7 days of delivery and exchange it for a bed of the same value. If collection or re-delivery of your bed is required, the customer is responsible for a freight charge.
