Shipping and Delivery

Please note some products can be shipped and some products can be available for pickup immediately (depends on stock levels), however, please allow up to 3 weeks for any other deliveries or pickups.

Damaged or Change of Mind

If your order arrives damaged or is damaged in transit by us, please photograph the damage and report this immediately.  We will arrange a replacement for you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new bed, you may return it within 7 days of delivery and exchange it for a bed of the same value.  If collection or re-delivery of your bed is required, the customer is responsible for a freight charge.
